REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & TOBACCO LICENSING AGREEMENT

By submitting this application and uploading your Business License and State Tobacco/Wholesale/Retail License, you certify that your business is legally authorized by your state and local jurisdiction to purchase, stock, and resell premium cigars and pipe tobacco products.

In accordance with federal guidelines and the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act regulations governing interstate pipe tobacco transfers, Marcus Daniel, Inc. will independently verify the validity of all uploaded tobacco licenses with your state’s Department of Revenue or taxing authority prior to account activation.

Tax Liability Notice: The applicant assumes full responsibility for complying with all local state excise taxes, tobacco regulations, and age-verification delivery mandates applicable within their shipping destination. Submitting these documents does not guarantee wholesale account authorization. We reserve the right to audit license validity at any time and terminate purchasing privileges if a license expires, is revoked, or becomes non-compliant.
